In September, SAP released SP4 of the B2B add-on containing some new features. One of them is the B2B Log Viewer.
Previously, it was called AS2 Log Viewer and it was initially shipped with SP3. Have a look at this blog for more details.

As you can see, the old OFTP log viewer is deprecated and will be adopted with the general B2B log viewer.
